United Aerlyth Federation (UAF)
Capital: New Storvhall
Economy: Trade, agriculture, military production
Overview
The United Aerlyth Federation is a militarized theocracy where the Unified Eloharian Church, led by the Harmonic Pontiff, governs with absolute power. Magic is not forbidden here — but it is controlled. Only government-registered practitioners may wield it. Unregulated magic is treated as an existential threat to order, and the state responds accordingly.
Faith is the law. Technology is its instrument. And the Aetradi Guardians are its enforcers.
Magic Restrictions
- All practitioners must register with the government
- Unregistered magic use is punishable by public execution or exile to the Colosseum
- Aetradi Guardians conduct routine sweeps for unlicensed users
Society & Status
The UAF operates under a strict estate system where your birth determines your ceiling — unless you earn your way up through faith and service.
- Cybernetic augmentation is a marker of wealth and social standing
- The legal system is unforgiving — heresy is punishable by death
- All citizens must serve in the reserve military to maintain citizenship
Economy
- Trade and agriculture form the backbone of civilian commerce
- Military production drives industrial output
- Weaponry is manufactured under heavy Church regulation — who gets armed matters as much as how many
Military
The Aetradi Guardians are the UAF's elite religious knight order:
- Enforce order and religious law throughout the Federation
- Conduct routine sweeps targeting unregistered magic users
- Report directly — and only — to the Harmonic Pontiff
- Actively oppose the Knights of the Six
